Do you want to join a choir?

Singing, especially in a group setting, is extremely beneficial to your health, both mentally and physically.

Communicating through music, both with your fellow singers and especially with an audience, is a moving and uplifting experience that's guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and joy to your heart.

As a member of Cappella we will help you find and develop your singing voice; improve your technique and confidence; learn how harmony works and, if you want to, learn how to read music.

If you have sung with a choir before that is an advantage but certainly not necessary. Similarly, sight reading skills are an advantage but we also accept members who cannot read sheet music.

We are a friendly and welcoming group who love to sing, so if you love music and want to meet new people, and make new friends, why not give Cappella a try? We promise you won't regret it!

Rehearsals take place on Thursday evenings from 7:15pm under the direction of our conductor Roisin King . We're located in Ely House, just beside Stephen's Green and Merrion Square and easily accessible by car or public transport.
